Why isn't my sandbox PIX deposit being paid?​

Sandbox pays PIX deposits automatically only up to R$1,000. Above that, the ticket stays as created and you receive only TICKET-CREATED: no deposit and no TICKET-COMPLETE. Keep inputAmount at 1000 or below when testing. Production has no such cap.

Why does a refund in sandbox end PARTIAL-FAILED?​

Sandbox doesn't send the return PIX, so a refund ticket ends PARTIAL-FAILED with ticket failed partially: internal error - tokens returned to user's wallet, and the balance is unchanged. Use sandbox to check your quote and ticket requests; a refund reaches PAID only in production.

Why can't I buy BRLA or USDT with COP, ARS or MXN?​

COP, ARS and MXN deposits can only buy USDC, and COP, ARS and MXN payouts accept only USDC as input. Any other token returns 400, in sandbox and in production. To end up in another token, buy USDC first and convert it in a second operation.
